Standing on Queen Anne style legs this vintage 1940's desk would also make a fabulous dressing table with just the right mix of elegance and rustic charm.
It is painted in a beautiful mid tone grey with a slightly distressed finish to enhance the character of the piece.
All drawers are lined with a gorgeous paper which is varnished for protection.
A new top has been added which, through the application of several specialist techniques has been given a warm, rustic, aged feel.
A quirky secret locking mechanism to the top right hand drawer is not only useful but adds an extra charm to this unique vintage piece.
New handles have been added in a complementary style.
